Services for Disabled Customers

Europcar can offer adapted cars for customers with disabilities.

Europcar would like to offer the full car hire experience to customers with disabilities. With that in mind we can offer cars that have been adapted to suit customers with varying disabilities. Some of the the various options available from Europcar are:

 

  • Cars fitted with Lynx hand controls.
  • Adapted cars for drivers and passengers.
  • Requirements at checkout such as large print documents.

These services are available at all locations in the UK with no minimum duration requirement.

A 48 hour notice advanced reservation is required.
